TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CASH REGISTER PROGRAMMING NOTES
All Cash Register programming fees are based on you giving us ALL your programming requirements at the same time. All information must be supplied to us in an Excel spreadsheet in the format we will supply you - we will send you sample and formatted spread sheets to show you the right format required. Any additional programming will be charged on a per PLU basis, or if a spreadsheet is not supplied or info is added once we start - then additional time may be chargeable.
Combos 1 and 2 - Sam 4s ER265 – One off Cash Register Programming Fee $50
Includes programming 5 line receipt header plus 15 Department /PLU buttons plus up to another 15 PLUs using the PLU Entry button. Operating manual and quick guide instructions also provided.
Combos 3 and 4 - Sam4s NR510 - One off Cash Register Programming Fee $90
Includes programming of 5 line receipt header, 60 One Touch Keys Department/PLU plus up to 30 more PLUs using the Enter PLU Function - also includes Fast Key $5, $10, $20, $50 & $100 buttons if required. Operating manual and quick guide instructions also provided.
Combo’s 5 and 6 - Sam4s SPS320 – One off Cash Register Programming Fee $150
Includes programming of 5 Line Receipt Header, 100 One Touch Keys plus up to 50 more PLUs using the Enter PLU Function – also includes Fast Key $5, $10, $20, $50 & $100 buttons if required. Operating manual and quick guide instructions also provided.
Lease/Rental Agreements are based on the Following:
Rental Contract - 36 Month Term Contract
Cash Register & Eftpos Rental Lease Combos include 24/7 phone support. Any faults or repairs that require Swap Out are on a RTB (Return to Base) basis via courier swap service dispatched same day if logged by 3.30pm for Eftpos, and 2.30pm for cash registers (subject to time as programming time is required). We supply the courier ticket to return the hired equipment at the end of the lease term (or can be returned in person if in either Auckland or Christchurch during normal business hours).
Any re-programming of the cash register required during the rental are chargeable – either at our premises or on site (if applicable in Christchurch or Auckland) at the current hourly rate and travel charges. Courier fees may apply.
Applications for Account and Business Starter Combos are subject to our standard credit criteria.
